Jasmine Ruffilli is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.

Jasmine is also a practising Notary Public and able to certify and attest documents intended for use anywhere in the world.

Jasmine's areas of practice include Family, Conveyancing and Property, Powers of Attorney, Wills and Probate, Commercial and Litigation.

In addition Jasmine has extensive involvement and experience in Immigration related issues. In 1990 Jasmine worked as an Immigration Advisor and Consultant under a Government initiative which saw her advise and consult on the newly introduced Immigration laws during the overhaul of the Migration legislation.

Jasmine is a Registered Migration Agent and a Foundation Member of the Victorian Immigration Advice and Rights Centre (VIARC). She has provided her Immigration services to VIARC and the Refugee Advice and Rights Centre (RACS), which have now amalgamated as The Refugee and Immigration Legal Centre (RILC) in Victoria.

John O'Sullivan was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1989 and the High Court of Australia in 1992.

John's areas of practice include Family, Powers of Attorney, Wills and Probate, Property, Commercial and Litigation.
In addition John has worked as a Criminal Defence lawyer at some of Melbourne's leading Criminal Law Firms prior to establishing his own practice in 1990.
John has provided advice and representation to defendants in a variety of criminal law matters . He has appeared on behalf of defendants in major Court trials for matters including murder, attempted murder, armed robbery, aggravated home invasion, commercial cultivation and trafficking and various other matters.

John is also highly experienced in Commercial law and litigation matters and can provide you with comprehensive advice in relation to commercial leases, litigation and disputes.
