Jasmine Ruffilli was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.

Jasmine is also a practising Notary Public and able to certify and attest documents intended for use anywhere in the world.

​

Jasmine's areas of practice include Family, Conveyancing and Property, Powers of Attorney, Wills and Probate, Commercial and Litigation.

In addition Jasmine has extensive involvement and experience in Immigration related issues. In 1990 Jasmine worked as an Immigration Advisor and Consultant under a Government initiative which saw her advise and consult on the newly introduced Immigration laws during the overhaul of the Migration legislation.

Jasmine is a Registered Migration Agent and a Foundation Member of the Victorian Immigration Advice and Rights Centre (VIARC). She has provided her Immigration services to VIARC and the Refugee Advice and Rights Centre (RACS), which have now amalgamated as The Refugee and Immigration Legal Centre (RILC) in Victoria.

 

Jasmine has provided and continues to provide support and pro bono advice, and seminars for the dissemination of Immigration law and information to Immigration related organisations and individuals.  
 

Jasmine oversees the ImmigAustralia arm of O'Sullivan and Ruffilli. Handling immigration matters for students, professionals, partners, and companies.
