John O'Sullivan was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1989 and the High Court of Australia in 1992. John has worked as a Criminal Defence lawyer at some of Melbourne's leading Criminal Law Firms prior to establishing his own practice in 1990.

 

John's areas of practice include Family, Powers of Attorney, Wills and Probate, Property, Commercial and Litigation.

 

In additon John has provided advice and representation to defendants in a variety of criminal law matters . He has appeared on behalf of defendants in major Court trials for matters including murder, attempted murder, armed robbery, aggravated home invasion, commercial cultivation and trafficking and various other matters.
