Women's & Men's Law

We give seperate attention to but recognise the overlap of other areas of law with Women's and Men's Law issues which include issues such as Domestic Violence, Mediation, Counselling and Confidentiality of the parties. 

We also provide services in relation to Pre-nuptial, Co-habitation and Financial Agreements.

The Firm's extensive practice in Family Law has seen the Firm appointed to the Family Law Panel of Practitioners of Victoria Legal Aid.  The Firm has a Pro Bono program through which it provides free advice, seminars and functions for the dissemination of family law and information to Women and Men's organisations.
