ABOUT US John O'Sullivan and Jasmine Ruffilli are both admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.  The Firm was established sixteen years ago, in 1990, after John and Jasmine returned to Australia from Hong Kong following an extended period  of  travelling and working overseas, across Europe and Asia.  John O'Sullivan has been employed as a criminal lawyer at some of Melbourne's leading Criminal Law Firms including Galbally & Rolfe prior to establishing this practice 16 years ago. Jasmine Ruffilli's extensive involvement and experience in immigration related issues and law led her to become employed as an Immigration Advisor pursuant to a government initiative in 1990 which saw her advise and consult on the new immigration laws during the overhaul of the Migration legislation and has continued to practice in  Immigration Law  with O'Sullivan & Ruffilli.   Jasmine, an Italo-Australian offers legal services in Italian Law and in the Italian and French languages.  The Firm has an extensive practice in Family Law, dealing with all aspects.  The Firm provides comprehensive services in the areas of Conveyancing and Property, Business, Wills and Probate and General Law and Litigation.  We believe that our diverse cultural backgrounds, experience and interests allow us to provide a broad range of legal services and understanding to our varied client base.  Our mission:  "The Practice of Law With Humanity".
